Description of 1973 Datsun Z-Series HLS30

Up for auction is a U.S 1973 Datsun 240Z that was found recently here in Los Angeles, parked away in a backyard.
Owners passed it on to his daughter as she drove it thru high school & parked when she left for college.
Remains most of its original Factory Orange Paint & Dealer Added Stripe
Original California Car - Factory Slot Mags - Stock Black Interior - Bumper Guards
Numbers Matching L24 Engine & Rare Automatic Transmission
Running & Driving condition - brakes/shifts just fine. A alumina radiator was added for freeway driving & he did keep the original one that goes along with the car.
Very solid & factory undercarriage - under the hood - quarters - rockers - inner wells. The rust I see andvery weird front cowl in front of windshield & 3 bubbles around the rear windshield (see photos).
The interior is all stock & original. Beautiful headliner & panels. Driver seat shows wear including the common cracks in the dash. I do have the original spare & carpet which I removed for photos.
Overall, a great 240Z that can be driven the way it is or a excellent a candidate for a restoration.
