Extremely rare, true Nissan Fairlady Z! This is a true JDM import form Japan that is completely street legal! This is a California car that was imported directly from Japan. The import, reg and title process are done and this car is ready to roll with a clean CA title! The car now has a built 2.4 Liter from a Datsun 240z with triple mikuni carbs that are dialed in and run excellent. The original matching 5 speed trans is paired with he 240z 2.4 and backed by a full Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust all the way back. This is the best sounding exhaust that you can put on a z-car. The original 2.0L matching numbers engine is INCLUDED WITH THE SALE! That means a true purist could put this car back to completely stock if desired. The car has tasteful JDM mods throughout including front and rear strut bars, lowered, throttle by wire, true JDM fender mirrors and the list goes on. Very period correct JDM car. The interior of the car is all-original and in great shape except for the seatbelts which are more modern. Everything works on the interior including the clock. The glass is original and rolls up and down as it should in both windows. The vinyl on the interior is original as is the headliner. There are lots of traces of original paint throughout the car including in the door jams and trunk jams and under the hood. Most of the panels on this car are original and show signs of age and fading with cracks and bruises throughout that you can see in the pictures. There is rust in the bottom trunk jam and the driver and passenger lower jams. There is surface rust in the spare tire well and some rust on the floors but nothing major. This is a true NISSAN FAIRLADY Z! This is not a Datsun 240z. This is true right-hand drive, from Japan correctly imported car that oozes JDM style. It sounds amazing and starts up, runs, drives and stops amazing! In my opinion it is the best sounding Z-car that I've ever heard and would be on the short list of keepers if other projects weren't on my plate. This Fairlady is a true California car that has all the good stuff including the carbs dialed in how they should be. It is truly a blast to drive and people can't stop talking to you about it, especially when they see you driving from the right-hand side! The Z market has been on fire recently and this is one of the rarest of the rare and sure to increase in value. Drive it as-is and enjoy it or take it to the next level. The matching numbers engine is included with the sale! It's very difficult to find a Fairlady that isn't a complete project let alone one in running and driving condition AND with the original engine!
