1968 Datsun 2000 SRL 311 Fairlady hard/soft tops excellent all original

1968 Datsun 2000 roadster (the original Fairlady) also know as the SRL 311.This is an impeccable specimen.All original and excellent in every respect.

This car was the first Japanese car with a 5-speed transmission and has a dual carb OHC motor that had 135 hp from the factory —-double every other competing little roadster by triumph, austinhealy, mg, etc.

Runs and drives perfectly.Starts every single time.Has a rare separate hard top and a removable soft top that is clean and watertight.

Interior is excellent with only minor blemishes, and all electrical works exactly as it should.

Newer tires with white letters.Extremely rare American Racing Libre wheels in excellent condition as well.

I have extra parts for this car for the future including an exhaust manifold gasket and a clutch rebuild kit for whenever it’s time.

No bad rust but this paint job is older and has some blemishes and cracks but nothing terrible.Minor dents here and there (front right finder has some creases from a motorcycle falling into it but it is minor.
