Description of 1972 Dodge Charger

This is a 1972 Charger SE with the brougham package. It has a 400 engine (Originally 440 car), runs, drives and stops good. New tires with Cragar SS wheels, all 15" wheels. I've owned this year since 2013, bought it and enjoyed it, now it's time to sell it to invest in real estate, I really hate the fact that I am even considering selling it but I am making the sacrifice. This car is an original 440 car, which is pretty rare for that year. This is an AC car but the AC does not work. The heater core has been bypassed. The original motor is gone, previous owner had it for 16 years and motor was gone before he bought it. This car gets many looks and really has that 70's muscle bad ass look. There is some surface rust under the vinyl top, I have never had the vinyl top off, but you can feel it and see the indent in the vinyl. There is also a small dent above the driver's window where a tree branch fell on it a few years ago. There are a few small body cracks on the passenger side front top fender and driver side top fender.
This is what I absolutely consider a driver car, these cars are not mean't to sit around and only be driven every now and then, therefore, expect some minor dings here and there, this car gets driven. I have put thousands of dollars into this car over the last 4 years replacing this and that such as new aluminum radiator, intake manifold, front brake rebuild, new torq converter, and others. The interior does need some attention. The seats need redone, needs a headliner, and carpet, nothing major there. It has rally gauges. The floors and underneath are super solid. I just replaced the oil pan gasket and trans pan gasket a few months ago. This car has electric windows, they could use some work, they do work but getting them back up is a chore. The radio does not work, I don't think the speakers are hooked up, I never cared because I wanted to listen to the exhaust, not the radio. It has dual exhaust with glasspacks and those flared tips with the slots in them. The windshield has a couple small dings/chips from driving the car over the years. The wipers do not work however I never had to ever use them as I don't even think about taking the car out if there's rain in the forecast. I've taken this year on 2-3 hour road trips before and it has not skipped a beat. All lights and signals work. The hidaways work great without issue. Any questions, please ask. $500 deposit with the remainder due in cash or cashier's check within 3 days. I will hold car with a deposit and will help with transportation/loading with your shipper. The car does not leave until the funds are cleared and in my bank account.
