For sale is a 1971 Dodge D series Custom 200 Pickup. This is a PROJECT! It has rust. Purchased as a project, we were going to swap a diesel engine into it, but do not have the time. This is a 8 lug truck. Regular cab long bed. Body mounts are solid, however body in areas has seen better days. Doors shut well so cab is not twisted. Bed if solid on the exterior and floor, inner bedsides have rust. NO TAILGATE. The engine is a slant 6 cylinder out of a unknown vehicle, it does run as we hooked gas to it quick. Carb will need to be rebuilt. Trans was said to work but we have no knowledge of it. As i said we bought with the intent of a motor swap. Currently there is not a driveshaft for the truck as the drive train is not original to the truck. It will be sold just as seen in the pictures with whatever parts are in it. Brakes are in unknown condition, but it does roll and steer. As with any vehicle I strongly recommend that the truck is seen in person before bidding. This is a no reserve auction, please bid with the intent to buy! I also reserve the right to end auction early as the the truck is for sale locally also.
