Up for a no reserve auction is this rare 1979 Doge Power Wagon. It's got a 360 V8 engine and 727 automatic trans, it runs and drives well. All gears work and shift without trouble. The truck is a short bed and is equipped with 4x4, the four wheel drive works, the hubs have some trouble turning from the front though but they do engage. Breaks work, suspension is fine. The gauges and lights work except for the original alternator gauge, an alternative one was added onlater. All together it's been left very much original including the factory two tone paint job with accent colors. A good buff should bring the paint right back to life. The body is in good condition with a few dents and scratches but no serious damage, some surface rust is mostly on the bed but no rotting through. The rocker panels, fenders, and engine bay are in good shape. There is one door panel missing and a part of the dash that goes on the driver side is missing. Its got a nice headliner and thebench seat has no rips or damage. I do have the clean title to the vehicle. All together this is a great classic truck with hard to find features.
