Description of 1954 Dodge Other Pickups

Lots of work already completed on this classic vehicle!!
Disclaimer: I cannot claim with certainty the year of this model. I will also admit that I am not Dodge, or for that matter, auto expert by any means. I bought this truck in 2015 from MN as a wedding gift for my husband, knowing it would need a little love. We have put in a fair amount of time, energy, and funds into it, but with planning a family, and neither of us being auto experts, we realize it is just not the most practical at this point in our lives. The truck is running - I drove it home from our local body shop where we have had it worked on, which is about five miles away. No power steering made for an interesting drive as a small framed woman, but it certainly can be done.
I cranked her up this morning. She is a head turner!
The following work has been done since we owned her:
Master brake cylinders replacedFront wheel cylinders replacedSurface drums replacedRear brakes cleanedRetainer springs replacedSteel brake lines replacedFuel tank replaced *Custom stainless steel built and installedFuel sending unit replacedHeadlamps and bulbs replacedDistributor and ignition coil replacedAlternator installedCarburetor overhauledBattery is good
The odometer does not work, so I do not have an accurate mileage history. Also, turn signals do not work.
Again, I do not have a lot of knowledge about her history or the exact condition of her other working parts. Our local guy who worked on it did not seem to think much more needed to be done, and he would drive it once a week while he kept it to ensure all was well. FYI- air filter stays in an oil bath, and when it is transported/towed at an angle, this oil will seep out.
Transportation not included. Please feel free to ask any questions, though again, please know I may not have all the answers. Thanks for looking!
