Description of 1978 Dodge Power Wagon custom

For Sale. 1978 Dodge Power Wagon W150 Short Bed truck360 4bbl . auto. tilt. dual tanks. factory 8 track. factory white wagon wheels(repainted in correct ivory white). black bucket seats. step bumper. factory sliding rear window. cargo lamp. This truck also sports headers. aluminum edelbrock intake and carb. and dual side pipe exhaust. The truck seems to run well. but does have some oil leaks that should be addressed in the future. Purchased the truck from a friend who bought it from the estate of the late 85 year old gentleman who took nice care of it. and used it to tow a small boat and camping trailer. The truck can be used just as it is for work. or with some elbow grease. as a weekend driver. It has had some paint work done on both bed sides in the past. as paint is a little different faded. The gas gauge is showing empty all the time. possible float issue in the tank. I installed new cab to door weather seals. but door glass seals need replaced(old originals). radio seems to work. but its finicky. its original too. also has a cb. This truck is well deserving of a full restoration. both mechanically and cosmetically too. but could just as well be driven like it is. I have not done more than put a few miles on it. but seems to go right into gear. and has nice oil pressure too. This truck is almost 40 years old. I don't guarantee it to be free of defects. its not new. thus is sold "as-is" where is. with a clean signed off Oregon Title ready for transfer to end buyer. I would suggest changing all fluids. hoses and belts to get a good starting point for maintenance. The tires are deep tread. but appear are old tires. I would suggest trailering the truck to its destination location. Please note the pictures of floorboards that have rust on them. they are not bad. but they have rust. Seat and carpet need redone. Top of tailgate also has a dent on it.
