Description of 1955 Dodge Ram 1500

This is a 1955 Dodge short bed pick up with an extra bed which has better fenders on it then the truck. The drivers door is the worst part of the whole truck. The floor is solid. It has a 1974 318 Auto in it and has electronic ignition. I bought this truck a long time ago and have never got around to doing anything with it. I did manage to put new brake shoes on all 4 corners along with a master cylinder about six months ago. the truck hasn't been driven anywhere. The motor smokes some times and doesn't others. Think maybe it has a ring sticking. but it does run and move under its on power after it warms up. It is cold natured and takes a bit to warm up. The carburetor probably needs cleaned. I'm sure the gas tank needs cleaned to. I have a gas jug rigged up for fuel. The tires are a matching set and hold air but are try rotted. This would make a cool shop truck. nbsp;Drag racing Truck. or just something different to cruse around in on the week ends. Have a clean Missouri title in my name. Thanks for looking.
