Description of 1968 Dodge Charger |
This is a rotisserie restored all original metal Charger. After the restoration it has been stored in climate controlled storage with very few summer miles. It was purchased in Nebraska and driven home to New York. Placed on a rotisserie media blasted and refinished top and bottom. The bottom is finished in correct factory primer and not undercoated to hide imperfections. The body is finished in 1995 Viper Red. The engine a'69 440 with a holly 700 double pumper Mopar Performance Dual Plane aluminum intake Mopar performance cam shaft and Mopar performance valve covers.All new dash and body wiring. The engine has been blueprinted using a Nascar computer program resulting in just below 400 HP and450 Ft.Lbs of low end torque. It has an aluminized FLOW master exhaust system with great sounding mufflers. The transmission a torqueflite 727 has been rebuilt to Hemi specs with a shift kit and 2500 stall speed convertor.
