Description of 1979 Jeep CJ |
| Jeep CJ5 Golden Eagle. 6 cylinder 3 speed 4x4. Re-manufactured 258 engine with around 60. 00 miles. Jeep runs and drives. No top or doors. New exhaust system from manifold to tail pipe. 3. 54 axle ratio. Rear axle has been converted from the shear prone 2 piece axles to a 1 piece axle with a Moser Engineering kit. Some body work has been done and more still needs to be done. Lifted with a Spring Over Axle lift which is about 6 inches of lift. Tires are dry rotted and should not be used for the street. Power steering no power brakes. Have extra set of front and back seats that will go with the Jeep. Check out my other items! |
