TheAutobianchi Bianchinais aminicarproduced by theItalianautomakerAutobianchi, ased on theFiat 500. It was available in various configurations:Berlina(saloon),Cabriolet(roadster),Trasformabile(convertible),Panoramica(station wagon), ndFurgoncino(van). The car was presented to the public on 16 September 1957 at theMuseum of Science and Technologyin Milan.

Initially, he car was equipped with the smallest Fiat engine, ir-cooled 479 cc producing 15hp (11kW). In 1959, he engine power was increased to 17hp (13kW) and in 1960, he cabriolet version was launched.

In the same year, he Trasformabile, hose engine cylinder capacity was increased to 499 cc (18hp), as made available in a Special version with bicolour paint and an engine enhanced to 21hp (16kW). Transformabile featured fixed B-pillar and partial roof, s the rest of the opening was covered with foldable fabric hood. Cabriolet version had no B-pillar. Also this was the only version to featuresuicide doors. In 1962,the Trasformabile was replaced by a 4-seat saloon. The engine and chassis were the same as in the Trasformabile.

In 1965, minor facelift was made. In France, he models were sold under different names: the Berlina became theLutèce, he Familiare theTexane, nd the Trasformabile was marketed as theEden Roc
