Now at age 78, after many years of restoring and driving old race cars,

I am retiring from the restoration business, andbeing encouraged by my family to sell most of my Vintage cars, and huge stock of Vintage parts....so I am MOTIVATED to SELL

ALL REASONABLE OFFERS to ad a "Buy it Now" will be considered.

Decent and clean interior. Floors were repaired and the car was repainted about 10 years ago. Single stage orange ( it was originally orange ), is not Concours or a show winner, but good enough for local shows as a driver. It's a pretty solid car. Dash is good, windshield is good but has about an inch of clouding along some edges. There are no bumpers. The tires are worn. The top is good, as is the rear window. Other than no spare tire/wheel, the car seems to be pretty complete.
Southern car with 69,000 miles showing, we bought it from the previous owner a few months ago when it needed a valve replacement . We elected to replace the head with a desirable non-smog head, which is now back from the machine shop. We have changed the tappets so the valve clearances are correct at .017 .019, the cams are installed and it is ready to install.
As we had originally posted we would do, on the 124 forum, the car is now for sale, with the head uninstalled. For some, this is a good opportunity to complete the engine as they prefer . The car is too nice to just put this head on the old block which has some cylinder wear. Several options exist, including overborin, and this is a good time to do the engine properly.
Since we are trying to get our race car ready for Savannah, we are not able to work on this car until after the last race in December, and so it is offered here at a low opening price with no reserve.
Alabama is a non-Title State for vehicles this old, and the Fiat sells with a Notarized Bill of Sale and DMV Inspection certificate. This is what most States require, but if you need a CURRENT Alabama REGISTRATION, we can obtain a Vintage Tag for about $130.00
