Description of 1986 Ford Mustang SVO |
It kills me to have to do this but I am selling my dream car. I took a job 4 months ago not long after I purchased this awesome car and took a pretty significant cut in pay. I knew this going in but am getting to spend a lot more time with my family which is what my goal was in the beginning. Unfortunately as a end result I have to sell my dream car as we have drained our savings account from the pay cut. What you see is what you get with this car no surprises. I am very anal and picky and this chassis is nice to say the least. She is not perfect as nothing is but its very close. I have a lot more picturesI can email a potential buyer so just tell me what you would like to see a picture of. The only paint that's not original is the drivers dooronly a trained eye can tell as it was done by a professional. The paint looks like it rolled off of the assembly line in 86. The story on that was when she had theoriginal turbo 4 cylinder part of the (9,956 miles) the owner was using her in an autocross event and scuffed the paint on the door but there was not body damage just paint. The original owner was so pickyhe would not touch the interior with his bare hands and wore gloves tokeep the oil from hishands and body off of the interior. It was his pride and joy! I also have a Mark Williams 9" 3.70 ratio third member that was built by for this car but not installed. I also have the magazines that the car was featured in as well. This awesome car came from Canada so its here legal and have all the paperwork but depending on your states requirement it may have to be inspected before a title is issued. Canada does not have titles so that's why I don't have one. Like I say this car is legal and legit and it won't be a problem at all to obtain a title at all. I just want the new owner to know everything up front. As far as the payment goes the car does not leave my garage until the payment clears my bank and will work with buyer any way I can including I will also keep the car locked up in my garage which is protected by a security system until it leave my possession. And the reserve is set for a 1/3th of what the parts cost alone on the car not including the price of the car.
