1956 Crown Victoria, nterior is in very poor condition and in need of complete restoration. The front door glass is missing on the drivers side and broken on the passenger side. We do have the frames for both driver and passenger door glass and window mechanism are present and working. The exterior was painted with very thick paint by previous owner. The floors are all solid. The front wheel wells were replaced and appear to be new. My father bought this car in hopes of restoring it but we have too many other projects to complete. The car has a 292 V8 that we do not know if it turns over, he previous owner told us it had good compression but the wires are all deteriorated so we were not able to try and turn it over. There is NO power steering or power brakes on this car. The automatic transmission leaks and without the engine running we are unable to test it. Figure that the engine and transmission will need to be replaced or rebuilt. The chrome will all need to be rechromed. The stainless trim is all present and in very good condition. The brakes need to be rebuilt or replaced as the pedal goes to the floor. The car really needs total restoration or can be used as a rat rod. We have the clear Virginia title in hand.
