Description of 1970 Ford Mustang

You are bidding on a beautifully restored 1970 Mach 1. Whether you are looking for a garage queen and show car, ou are a collector, ant a weekend cruiser or all of the above, his is a highlydesirable choice and a great investment. This is one head-turning car! The entire automobile was rebuilt in the mid-90's and has been garaged and shown in car shows since that time. It looks like it was completed just last year. Thelacquerpaint is stunning and the engine is strong with no smoke. It has very little milage since the total rebuild. The wheels are quite rare andapparentlyonlyoffered on1970model year Mach 1's. It has a 4 speed manual with a hurst shifter. The car was equipped from the factory andcurrently has the correct 4 barrelcarburetor. The block and heads are correct 4v. All of the ball joints and suspensioncomponents were rebuilt or replaced at the time of rebuild. Even factory "marks" and decals that they placed on the different components at the factory have been restored. This Mach 1 was red as it rolled off the assembly line and the red paint job is detailed and quite beautiful. The car has front disc brakes.
The engine is not numbersmatching but is periodcorrect with what appears to be a 1972 date code (located behind the starter on the block). The paint, mblems, umpers, hrome accents, haker hood, aint decals are in show condition. The interior is clean with no rips in seats, arpet or headliner. The under carriage is super clean. A car cover is included in the purchase of the car. This is agreatinvestment vehicle and the pictures show this.
The only known items that need attention are the ACdoesn't work, hespeedometer is intermittent/jumpy, he driver windshield wiper seems loose and the tires areshowing some age. Because it has the original carb, istributor and coil which have been left for show purposes, t would run smoother and more powerful ifthose were updated to modern units. All of the items listed here are simple fixes and the overall car is solid. This is not a fixer upper!
