1927 Ford Model T Hard Top Pickup Great Driver - Fun Hobby - 1919 Electric Start Model T Engine in good working order
- This is a great example of 1920' to 1940s Americana. This model T starts, and starts, rives, top, hifts well, lthough with a top speed of around 35 (remember, o speedometer), ts best driven in neighborhoods or around shows.
- History: This truck started out as a Tudor. Sometime, robably in the 1930s I've been told because of the riveting used, t was converted to a Pickup Truck. Its been that way ever since.
- The engine starts right up, djust nicely. All 4 coils work well and have been tested. All electrical wiring has been replaced with reproduction wiring. No electrical or charging issues.
- 12 Volt Positive wiring, he original 6v generator (included with sale) was replaced with a 12v alternator. Keeps the battery happy and no cutout.
- All bed supports and bed bottom replaced with new red oak. Proper style straps on bed hold downs done in stainless steel.
- All wood wheels tight. One was completely rebuilt and all should be visible in pictures.
- Transmission bands replaced this year with new Kevlar. Should only need occasional adjusting, ever have to be replaced.
- Windshield Tilts out. Manual Wiper. Original Moto Meter Midget, till functioning as designed, s included as shown. This shows engine temperature.
- Have Videos of engine starting and running. Also of the car driving that I should be able to send or post.
Please contact me with any questions or needs. I have worked on this truck a long time and love it. Just have a new project taking the space.
