You'll notice several options for wheel accessories :dogdishe, ater model caps and just plain white steelies.Its up to you. both sets come with the truck. The truck has hardly and rust and is very solid.The paint looks good as you can see but is not perfect. Has a few small bubbles and some rust in seem down bed. You'll see all of it in pics.
