Description of 1913 Ford Model T T bucket |
Hello Everyone. I am listing for sale at NO RESERVE today my Weiand Supercharged T bucket roadster. This car started off as a running/driving project and became a nice addition to my collection. I have to make room in my garage for a new toy and this one has to find a new home. I just finished putting the motor back together after stripping it down to freshen it up. My hope is that it finds a home that will take it to the next level and make it a show car again. It is far from a rat rod but it can use some polishing and updating. I will list everything it has to offer below. I welcome any questions or concerns and hope that someone sees the value in what its got. This car was initially built in the late 70's early 80's by a previous owner and refreshed/renewed throughout its ownership. It could use a good detail and the chrome/polished components could use a nice buff/refresh. I have a new turn signal switch and brake light switch to go with the car. Clear PA title as a 1913 Ford. Still in previous owners name but signed. I planned on registering it a while back but other projects and vehicles got in the way and as you can see, have a few. It runs nicely and has a nice exhaust tone. It will need a slight adjustment to really hone in the power. I have included a link to a video of a walk around to hear it run. Sounds great. The wiring has been maintained throughout the years but it could use a nice once over to some of the electrical components. It has a rear light bulb out which will need taken care of. The Temperature gauge works when it wants to. The sunpro gauges in the car are all vintage and easily bring $150 plus a piece on the market now for guys looking to be period correct. The Weiand Blower goes for over $2000 used! Please do your research here, ou will see this car has alot of money into it. It is not a show queen but it grabs alot of attention for sure. The paint has some cracks which are pictured and the hand painted pin stripes are a little faded. The glass is all there and in nice shape. The interior shows well but I took the carpet out to replace it and never got around to it. The seat has some seams that are coming loose but you can see it shows well. The trans shifts smooth and there is no noise or vibrations from the rear. This car is ideal for a quick winter spruce up that will have you show stopping when the weather clears. I do not have a top or cover for it. The motor was freshened up as shown and described and runs like a top. Please see pics. Please send any questions or comments. I have listed this vehicle as honestly as possible and hope someone sees all it has to offer. I am not looking to make a ton of money, ust find a good home for a great car. I am not interested in trades or buy it now offers. It goes to the highest bidder no questions asked. I am able to have it delivered for an additional cost but I am not sure how far my shipper is willing to go, sually he just works within a few hours time. Please let me know if you have any questions. My feedback speaks for itself. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end. Please bid to buy. Any bidder with feedback less than 5 will be deleted unless they contact me first. Please checking shipping rates with shippers before buying. Thanks!
