Description of 1965 Ford F-100

*** You need to check with your state's DMV and make sure you can obtain a title for this vehicle PRIOR to placing a bid. Alabama law does not require titles for vehicles 35+ years old therefore it does not have a title from the current owner, nly the previous one in Indiana, nd will only come with a bill of sale and that old signed Indiana title if you need it. ***

1965 Ford F-100. Truck was originally Caribbean Turquoise & Wimbledon White with Green interior and a 292 V8 manual on the floor. It now has a 351W V8. I have seen the truck run off of a gas can and the transmission will pull. It also has a Ford 9" rear end.
The truck has an Indiana police sticker on the back and it was repainted red and so I believe at one time it was a fire chief's truck.
The bed of the truck has damage on the drivers side. When it was hit it pushed the front of the bed into the cab on the drivers side so there is damage there as well in the back of the cab on that side. It also bent the rear bumper but there is a straight rear bumper to go with the truck. (see pics) It needs a new tailgate and possibly a new bed. You might can reskin that side though if you are a good fabricator.
The floor of the cab and the floor supports are rusted through and will need replacing. The door sills have some rust. There is also rust in the passenger side bottom door hinge. This will have to be cut out and replaced on the cab so you can bolt the hinge back up to it. (see pics).
The bottom of the doors look pretty good. There is no rust underneath but the outer skins may need some small patching once you clean the paint off.
The seat needs recovering. The gas tank doesn't smell inside the cab so I think its probably rust free.
The frame is solid with no issues but the cab mounts have rusted away and will need to be replaced.
The side trim is missing. The inner door covers are there. Also comes with various badges and handles, spare tire and a good rear bumper.
