This is a 1965 Ford Mustang fastback with a 289 4 speed. This vehicle has been mechanically rebuilt with CJ pony leaf springs (with an extra leaf for performance, coil springs, shocks, steering linkage, clutch assembly, master cylinder, water pump, radiator, steering box and shaft, and has had a new edelbrock carburetor installed. It runs great and has driven all the way from Memphis, TN to Ketchum, ID with no problems. The car was resbuilt sometime in the 90s by the prior owner with a dual exhaust system that sounds fantastic. The exterior does have some rust. Including the lower side of the drivers door. Some surface rust along the bottom of rear window. The chassis and tub will require body work and paint to make perfect though the running gear is 100%. I have added the maximum of 100 photos to show the full condition of the vehicle. I acquired this car from a friend in Memphis and focused on the driving condition of the vehicle. I have not done bodywork to the car. Vehicle description is above. Please message with specific questions.
