1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, A-Code, 4spd, Factory Black

Here is aVERY RARE, ll North Texas"Garage Find". 2-Owners, itle from 1976 (see pic). This is a rare Pre-GT 1964 1/2 (1965) Ford Mustang Fastback, actory A-Code 289 4bbl, actory Black (color code A)with Trim CodeF6 - White Vinyl with Black Appointments in Pony Interior and with Transmission Code 5; a Factory 4 Speed Manual Transmission. Build Date 19L - November 19, 964 - DSO 61 - Dallas, X. This Mustang was sold new in Dallas, exas and has remained here since. We found this car with her second owner that purchased her back in 1976 and since has kept her in a large barn type garage with a few other older cars. I was told that the 35K miles on the car was original becouse her early life was spent localy drag raced, ut I have no documentaion to prove this claim. Shecomes comes with a few documents that includesa receipt from when she had her only repaint back in 1994.(You can see in a couple pictures were Im pointing out the tape linein the door jams as the jams still has her original paint.) Other then the carpet being changed, adio changedand the Hurst shifter, uch of the interior is still original. The gauges show to work and even the cig lighter still works. In 2001; her owner had the engineprofessional rebuiltas well as some updates; MSD Ignition, lectric fan, pgraded fuel pump and new duel exhaust. The engine rebuild spec sheets and dyno (see pics)are even included. This is a very rare early optioned out fastback with great history and in one of the best color combinations. The paint was done in 1994 and shows some touched up spots, utin typical survivor quality.The car is not a perfect 100% original car with the upgrades, ut everything is reversable if desired.
