This is a 1955 ford f-100 panel truck that I have had since 1990. when I got it,it was just the vehicle no motor or trans.Since that time I had the body off to box the frame rails, hen I tub the rear and installed a 4-link suspension with coil over springs.link bars and adjusters are from TCI engineering. then I installing a rebuilt chevy 425hp 396ci solid lifter cam motor with a 850 holly double pump carb on a edlebrock tm2-0 manifold,electronic distributor with msd 6a ignition, t has headers going into duel 2 1/2 in stainless tubing with borla mufflers,The transmission is a turbo 400 rebuilt using B&M master overhaul kit and a 10in converter.Rear end is a narrowed ford 9"limited slip differential with 31 spline axle and 3.50 gears. the front has the original straight axle with reversed eye leaf springs.Tire sizes are rear 29x18.5-15lt mickey thompsons,and the front are 28x8.50-15 lt mickey thompsons both on center line warrior wheels,15x14 rear and 15x8 front,brakes are drum rear and disc front, ower brake booster is from TCI and is mounted on frame.I have had it in my garage the whole time that I've been working on it,the brakes still need to be bleed and trans cooler hooked up, use block and wiring installed but the engine is wired up and runs, s for the paint it was sanded down and body work done then painted but over the years it got nicks and scratches. the interior has two bucket seats,door panels, ilt steering and a v-gate shifter. all glass and rubber is new except for the front window, oth front doors have all new window hardware to. it needs someone to finish it and make it theirs.I hate to see it go but no time to finish.what I should have done was to put on a front clip from a donor car,it would be nicer.
