This convertible was my mom's first car when she was nineteen. She and my dad bought it in 1956 and used it to pull his hot rodded 1931 Victoria to the drag races. And they used to tell us stories of their favorite times in it, like when they vacationed to the beach in Texas, but the weather was so hot they drove there at night. Mom talked about lying down in the convertible and looking up at all the stars overhead as they drove. I have great memories of it when I was a kid also, riding in this car on summer evenings. It was a treat for us when Mom and Dad would get it out to take us somewhere special. Its been in our family 60 years. -rebuilt engine -repainted interior and exterior -converted to 12 volt wiring system -rebuilt suspension -new convertible top and motor -new carburetor- new wiring kit for entire car
