Description of 1963 Ford Galaxie

1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500. This is a rare Q code427 4 speed bench seat car. As far as we can tell it is visibly all original except for shocks and exhaust.. Numbers matching 2 owner car. Date code on carb coincides with build date of car. Original cast headers, original intake manifold.. fuel filter housing air cleaner cover valve cover... Car is in need of full resto but it is very very complete and original. The floors need replacing lower quarters as well. This car is one of the earlier models with the change over to fastback roof for NASCAR racing rules. Front rims are welded Kelsey Hayes which were only on 427 equipped cars. The original owner bought it as a dealer demo back in feb 1964.. we have the Ford subsequent owner registration paperwork in the original owners manual.
