|||||
No reserve auction FUN & VERY STRONG RUNNING classic Mustang 'ragtop.' Engine oil always kept clean and clear, engine does not burn or consume oil 351 Cleveland V-8 with an FMX Automatic Transmission. Orig "H" code (2V) but now a 4V Edelbrock carb and Ford 4V manifold. Sold new and always in Northern California.Vacaville and Napa, in that order. Engine and trans balanced & blueprinted, hardened valve seats etc. to handle unleaded fuel by original owner's professional mechanic. Seat belt warning buzzer works as well. A/C blows COLD with original R-12 system. Hagerty insures 1973 Mustang convertibles at an insured dollar amount AVERAGE OF $18,600. N.A.D.A. price as equipped with P/S PDB A/C ("built") 351 Cleveland 4V at V-8 OVER $28,000. This is an EXCELLENT VALUE on a SUPER SOLID specimen. Runs cool and and always reliable. Many people have never seen a Mustang like this, they weren't around back in the day. Always cool are the "Wows" from other drivers or walkers. I've UNDER PRICED the vehicle all the way around as I am aware money is tight these days I have other projects that need finishing sooner than later. This Mustang has never been driven in the rain during my ownership. If no sale occurs, it will likely get put away for another 10-15 years with me changing the oil regularly & my family going out for a very nice drive occasionally in the valley. Check my feedback as seller for a really nice (underpriced) '67 Galaxie I sold a few years ago... (Seldom, if ever, have tried to sell anything on eBay, just a really nice Galaxie years ago and this fine Mustang. Shame on me...that has to change!

Driver seat belt is a bit hesitant to always pull out. But works if one persists. The convertible top is okay, no leaks or drips, but will need replacement in the next couple, few years. Very very solid rust free Mustang convertible in original condition. The Mustang has never dripped engine fluids at all. New battery, tires, wheels. Front disc brakes stop the car well. A/C blows cool. R-12 The original dash pad did split in one spot. But, "CoverKing" makes a custom fit Alcantara/suede pad in 4 colors which is available. $63.00 Could use a set of shock absorber's. Runs real well, looks and sounds great. Gets down the highway like a A LOT of car for the money. Few in this excellent shape. Original paint.
