Description of 1965 Ford Other Pickups |
| The truck is red with red interior. It is a short wheel base truck with a 302 V-8 engine with a two barrel carburetor on it and a C-4 automatic transmission with power steering. The tires are decent and the rims are from a later model Ford pick-up truck. The truck has had a new original brake system installed on it whick includes new brake shoes. hoses. wheel cylinders. master cylinder and brake hardware. The engine is strong and does not burn any oil. The truck needs some more work to be driveable though. The bed is in good shape and the cab is in decent shape but needs some repair to the cab mounts and below the door hinges as well as some floor pan repair. The steering box leaks and will need the seal replaced. Overall this is a solid truck and would make a great truck to restore. |
