Up for sale is a 1980 Shay Model A Ford replica car made as a promo car. The car is a reliable driver that starts runs and stops like a modern car because it is. Underneath the Model A fiberglass bodyare Fairmont, Mustang and Pinto mechanics. The car was owned by an older woman who drove it very lightly, but left it outside much of its driving seasons.It has the normal wear and tear of a 30 year old car- the doors don't close perfectly, carpeting is worn & tired and it needs a thorough cleaning. The tires are older and hold air but are worn.The car hassome surface rust on the running gearbut nothing horrible- it is a good solid driver car and not a trailer queen. It is missing the fake gas cap on the cowl. The roof and seats, including rumble seat, are nice but have a hole from a mouse in them- the roof raises and lowers without issue and the seat springs are still firm. All lights, horn, heater, speedometer, gas tankand turn signals work as they should. It has a radio and cassette player but I've never used them. Comes with full set of original side-curtains and rods.
