Description of 1965 Ford Mustang |
1965 Mustang with less than 87,000 original miles. 289 v8 (A code) with C-4 (green dot) automatic transmission. This car has been garage stored its entire life. Was an Arkansas original and moved to the desert SW about 11 years ago. This is an original restoral to factory specs with the exception of the radio, rear deck for speakers and dual “cobra style” exhaust modification. Still with drum brakes all the way around and no power steering, this car runs great and is a real treat to drive for those that like the “classic” feel. Even the factory A/C still blows cold air! Pony red paint is showing slight signs of age in a few spots and the black carpeting needs a little touch up dying as it is now 51 years old. White interior is in magnificent shape with all touch points restored to factory. Tires, although they look brand new due to very low mileage, are about 4 years old. This pony has only had about 100 miles per year put on it for the last 11 years, just enough to heat things up and spin the wheels so to speak…a true collector! Clear Arkansas title. Terms of Sale: Upon verification of funds, I will discuss and assist in making shipping arrangements with the buyer, wholly at the buyer’s expense.
