Description of 1983 Ford Mustang GT |
1983 Ford Mustang 5.0 ConvertibleManual 5 SpeedPower Widows, Doors, and Top Everything Works This car drives incredibly smooth. Honestly, it's like a new one. No rust, incredibly clean inside and out. When I bought it, it was in original factory condition. It still had the original factory exhaust and every other factory piece. The CarFax report verified it had been serviced at the original dealership it was sold from throughout its life. Some quick details about the vehicle history: The listed miles are verified original. (CarFax)The vehicle was virtually untouched when I bought it. Including myself, and the dealer I bought it from, this is a three owner vehicle. I've only put about 1000 miles on it myself. Has original spare tire and jack. It's in pristine condition for it's age with the exception of a few areas that are visible in the pictures. I bought this car from a dealer that buys from auctions. The vehicle was lightly rear ended with only cosmetic damage to the rear bumper, taillights, and fender area. It was reported as salvage and sold. Before the accident the vehicle was repainted the factory red. I pulled a full CarFax report which verified the seller's story. There is absolutely zero structural damage. I replaced the taillights, did some touch-up paint on the fender but left the rear bumper as it was. I planned on doing a full restoration but I am in the middle of a big move so I've decided to sell for some extra cash and room.
