1963 Ford Galaxie wagon Z code

Update to answer all emailed questions as well as to post additional pictures.
This car is being sold due to the fact that my husband is scaling back, he has a large number of automobiles, 4 of which are galaxies.
The engine size is a 390 which is part of the "Z" code, engine and transmission are original from the factory and numbers matching.The car runs, drives, and stops.This car has only been driven 40 miles in the last 2 years, because of this there are small oil leaks.No noises or shifting problems were noticed when driven.No problems reported from previous owner.
All glass is in very good condition, no cracking or de-lamination, all is factory as well.
As far as interior the two bench seats and headliner have been reupholstered (which are pictured). The outside of the car is more of a cream than gray, the interior door panels are tan and cream. The bench seats are gray and maroon and headliner is maroon.
There is no third row seat, the storage and spare tire areas are in very good condition.Pictured is the the second row seat folded forward extending the storage area.
The drip rails and rockers are in good condition and are pictured as well.
The body is original and in good condition, there is some rust (which is pictured).Rust through on drivers side floor with a steel plate screwed over (also pictured).2 spots on the left rear door approximately the size of a fifty cent piece each.Also, rust on the back passenger rear by the tailgate approximately 1/2" x 2".
