I bought this from a mechanic in Paonia CO last year, it was used as a farm truck for a decade, then just to run errands for the family before it ended up in their barn covered for years. This 360 originally had the flatbed on it, he had the 390 with the 8' bed as well and swapped them out, did some light rust work and applied a beautiful solid paint job. Engine runs strong, no major rebuild was done, but he said that he pulled the engine apart, cleaned it up, added new fluids and it has fired up on the first try ever since. Needs new head gasket set and oil pan set (which I have and will include) and the clutch just recently started making a bit of a grinding noise, before that it was driving smoothly and flowing through the gears nicely... New windshield, good tires, glasspack, new bench seat upholstery, new emergency brake cables, solid rhino liner, new exhaust pipe mounts, new dash and a new bluetooth version of the original 'Ford" stereo.
