Description of 1964 Ford Thunderbird Deluxe

Original, good overall condition. Needs some minor repairs like transmission fluid change, power steering leak and some electric work for power windows and power seats. AC is equipped and converted to R134, but never had it running. Brakes were replaced completely in front and rear. Also I put new ignition parts, alternator, water pump, belts etc.
Used to drive it daily, but had it sitting in my garage since february this year. Dont have the time to work on it due to new job.
The price I am asking is fair and related to the Hagerty value which is 10,300$.
