Description of 1969 Ford Bronco Base |
For sale is the 1969 Ford Bronco pictured with 109,646 miles at the time of listing and a clean title. I am listing this car for my brother who has owned this car since 1997, sadly he has decided to let it go. This is an excellent example, though there are minor blemishes in the paint typical of any older restoration. I would not hesitate to drive it regularly, or even daily or even put it in any car show. The body is rust free. It has the original hard top and a full custom roll cage extending over the back seats( the roll cage also fits beneath hardtop when installed which is included in the sale). It also has a full length bikini top(also included). It has been retrofit with a quick ratio power steering kit and power brakes. It has a 4" James Duff Lift with dual front shocks and an 11 leaf rear spring pack. Tires are 33"x12.5"R15 Goodyear MTR's tires mounted on 15" Dick Cepek DC-2 wheels. It has a Currie Antirock swaybar on the rear axle. The front bumper is stock and the rear bumper is a Wildhorses 4x4 Rock Blocker with spare tire carrier. It has rocker panel guards that are painted to match the body. Engine is a 1973 351 Winsdor block bored 0.030" with World Products Windsor Jr heads, roller tip rockers, Keith Black hypereutectic pistons, Comp Cams Xtreme Energy hydraulic roller cam and lifters, Edelbrock performer intake, Edelbrock performer carburetor, and a MSD 6A Ignition. The motor was rebuilt in 2014 by a local machine shop RB Automotive. The motor has approximately 3,000 miles on it since the rebuild. It has a full dual exhaust with long tube Wild Horse 4x4 headers and has Flowmaster Mufflers. It has a 2 core aluminum radiator. Transmission was purchased as a brand new unit from Advanced Adapters in 2002 and is a 2001 Dodge gasoline NV4500 5 speed mated to the stock Dana 20 transfer case. Rear Axle is a Ford 9" with a Detroit Locker and 4:10 gears and stock drum brakes. Front Axle is a Dana 44 from a 1977 Bronco with disc brakes, track-lok, and Warn Premium hubs. Head lights have been converted to H4 style bulbs. The steering column was freshly rebuilt in 2015 along with the clutch linkage. It has dual fuel tanks. Front seats are from a Mazda 3. Rear seat is stock. and a custom stereo system with Pioneer Premiere component speakers in the front. Rear speakers are Infinity 6x9 3 ways. It also has dual 10" Rockford Fosgate dual voice coil punch series subwoofers behind the rear seat. Please let me know if you have any questions, extra pictures and other information can be provided upon request. This Bronco is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early should a local buyer emerge. I will help to coordinate shipping with the buyer and the buyers shipper of choice, though the cost to ship is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. A $1000 non refundable deposit through Paypal is due immediately after purchase and a wire transfer, cashiers check, or cash can be accepted for the remaining balance. If payment is provided via cashiers check then there will be a two week waiting period from the time the check is received before the truck will be delivered to a shipper. |
