I am selling my "PROJECT TRUCK" 94 Ford Ranger Splash 4x2. 4. 0 Liter V-6. 5 Speed Manual. It runs and drives. It doesn't stop. needs brakes looked at. I bought this truck in 2000. It had 90k miles on it then and was like new. Between being a clueless teenager wanting to "hot rod" my truck and selling it to a friend (sometime around 2006) before buying it back a few years later. it has ended up an unfinished project in need of paint. reassembly. and some TLC. It has been sitting for approximately 6 years in the back yard. I've decided to sell it and have less projects waiting for my attention. The truck was originally performance red from Ford. It is a genuine Splash truck. I even have the original window sticker to the truck. The truck has approximately 160k miles. The odometer is only a 5 digit odometer and the gauge cluster has been replaced (probably 10 years ago) due to the original tach malfunctioning. I have roughly kept up with the mileage since the cluster was replaced. The history report inaccurately shows the mileage logged at 332k during an emissions check. This is inaccurate and impossible due to a 5 digit odometer. I put a brand new fuel pump in it November. 2014. put a battery in it. fresh fuel. turned the key and it fired right up. The truck needs assembly. refurbishing. restoration. paint. parts. repairs. etc. It needs to be gone through and brought up to a road worthy standard. The tires aren't good. The engine fires up and runs but needs to be tuned up since it's been sitting. It might need a coil pack. plugs. wires. belt. etc. The transmission was a rebuild with low miles that was installed about 7 years ago right before it sat. Last time it was driven. it shifted fine. I'm sure the fluid needs to be changed. etc. As noted above. I sold it to a friend and the reason I bought it back was because the transmission had gone out. I put a rebuilt one in but then never got around to fixing it up to drive. I am including an extra core M5OD transmission (pictured in bed of truck). You get exactly what you see. There is no carpet. There was a small section of the floor cut out near the transmission. piece has been reattached with self tapping screws and hvac tape. There is spray paint primer on the truck. There's no rust through any panels. The cab. doors. and fenders are in great shape with no dings or dents. The fenders had the emblems shaved and it was done right. The bed panels have scuffs and some blemishes. All the glass is good in the truck. The headliner is ripped. but not falling down. The air intake tube is BRAND NEW from Ford! These are always cracked and they are hard to find! It was $120. The fuel pump was also $100+. YOU GET ALL THE PARTS YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS. Some parts are missing. Some parts have cracks or scuffs. I will include other spare parts that are not pictured. I have some A-pillars. nbsp;a new driver's dash trim bezel. etc. The truck can't be driven home.
