1950 Ford F3 (F68)Pickup Truck. Very solid original truck. Can assist in arranging shipping to anywhere. Selling with No Reserve to the highest bidder. The body of this truck is very good for its age, there is minimal rust confined to the usual areas on the fenders and bedsides. No structural rust. The floorboards and cab corners are good as is the rear of the cab around the rear window where they often rust. This is a solid truck. This truck does havethe typical farmer installeddump bed. The'O' and 'R' emblems are missing from the front but easily sourced new or used as they are reproduced. It has its original Flathead V8 which does not run. The interior complete although the seat will of course need reupholstering to be usable. All of the hubcaps are present. It is badged as an F68 which was the Canadian equivalent to an F3 when sold new. In Canada F3's were badged as F68's from 48-50 designating the 6,800lb gross vehicle weight before stepping into line with the US in 51 and badging them as F3's. It rolls freely but the pitman arm is not connected so it is awkward to steer and requires you to grab the wheels by hand and turn them when loading onto a trailer which isn't a problem for any of our preferred shippers. Overall a good solid basis for a project. If you have any questions please message us. If you would like a shipping quote please message us. We can assist in arranging shipping for you as we have several reliable contacts that we have used before many times to ship our vehicles all over the country and they are all very familiar with loading and hauling this type of vehicle. The DMV are familiar with this process and it will come at no additional cost to you. The process is very straightforward and stress free when dealing with domestic vehicles over 25 years old. who we are and what we do We are two brothersthat seek out original trucks and cars fromall acrossCanada specializing in vehicles from the 40s, 50s and 60s. We started heading North to source these vehicles several years ago due to the severe lack of such vehicles in the US in recent times due to our huge car culture. Most American barn finds have long been found and tampered with by several owners yet North of the border there still seems to be an abundance of good solid original vehicles waiting to be brought back to life. We make these great vehicles available to the US market by importing them into the US and providing all required paperwork to acquire a Clear US Title in your own name in your home State. We also specialize insourcing Mercuryand Fargo trucks and have successfully imported and found new homes for dozens of fine original examples. We are passionate about finding the best thatthere is and understand that our customers want to see automobiles that have not been tampered with; the more original, the better. Our inventory is regularly updated, as new finds are unearthed. If there is something specific that you are looking for, then let us know and we'd be happy to see if we can help. The business we conduct is straightforward and honest. Whether you're looking for something that'sall original, a starting point for a restoration project orsolid bones for a custom build, Bison Brothers will deliver. |
