Description of 1977 Ford F-150 custom |
1977 Ford F150 custom super cab long bed to will drive with factory AC and power disc brakes, 94,000 miles. This is a really cool and great old truck. Runs and drives really good. All original and unmolested. It has a 400 M with a C6 transmission. It's not perfect but it's extremely nice driver. I have a clean and clear title in my name. For any Kansas residents it is registered as a Kansas antique vehicle which is only $12 a year to register!! She does have some minor surface rust around the rain drip molding. And on the driver side floor pan where I believe the door sill went bad and water puddle there. The frame and cab mounts are all very good shape. Interior is very nice and mostly original. I believe the front seat is been recovered but I'm not 100% positive. It has fold-down back bench seat. Which folds out into a large deck for hauling every need to. The dash lights don't work and neither does the coolant gauge. The gas gauge works intermittently and not very accurately. Speedometer and odometer work fine. There are some cracks in the dash bad but is not destroyed. Still has original AM/FM radio that works with the speaker is not very good. It is a factory AC truck with power disc brakes, it has a lot of new parts such as, tires, fuel pump, master cylinder, starter, starter relay, ignition module, rebuilt carburetor, I believe it also has new heads on. And a complete new exhaust system. I bought this truck in San Francisco California. And I drove it from San Francisco to Kansas City Missouri with a load of scooters and motorcycles in a small trailer. It made the 1700-mile trip with no problem. The front suspension is a little loose and will need some attention. I tried to mention everything I can think about if you have any questions call me at 816-392-0815. Thank you Phil Cagle |
