1969 Ford F-100 Ranger two wheel drive, regular cab, long bed pickup. original southern California truck with documentation. I am the third owner. truck has 59,836 original miles. it has the original 390 ci 2bbl carb engine and a rebuilt original 3 speed automatic transmission, Dana 60 posi rear axle with 3:55 - 1 gears, new rear leaf springs, new shock absorbers, new brakes front and rear including the rubber lines, 4 new tires plus the non original spare which is a bias ply recap on the original rims and two non stock hubcaps from an earlier year ford galaxie maybe. The truck appears to have been repainted ( POORLY ) in the past as seen by the photo's. The original color is candy apple red.new exhaust donut gaskets and passenger side exhaust manifold gasket. it has factory air conditioning, the belt was off but the pump spins freely as does the clutch on the pump so it should be rebuildable at the very least. power steering, non power brakes, aftermarket transmission cooler. the truck was originally used to mine uranium in southern Californi, the second owner purchased the truck, put a slide in camper in it and moved back to NY in 1985. truck was placed in a barn and only driven once a year to go camping in Cape Cod Massachusetts. truck was serviced at Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicsville NY. I purchased the truck in june and have put about 400 miles on it since. it needs side mirrors, a timing chain, a carrier bearing and some small misc items adressed such as heater control cables, windshield gasket, lubricate door window regulators, vent window knob etc. the truck is for sale locally so auction may end at any time without notice. buyer is responsible for pickup or delivery. the truck is in great condition and you can drive it home if necessary.
