Description of 1969 Ford Mustang Base |
For Sale is 1969 428 Cobra Jet, 4-Speed Mustang Fastback This is a very unique car in that it is a non-GT, non-Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet Mustang. It's VIN number is 9F02R122472; it is Marti Report Documented: This car is a real-deal, special order, purpose built "street fighter". It looks, starts, runs, drives, rides, stops, shifts excellent! Check out my YouTube Video of a walk around and of the car running and driving. Here is a 360-degree video I posted of the car while driving. On your smartphone you can move your phone left, right, up and down to view the YouTube Video from different angles. On your computer you can just drag the YouTube Video left, right up and down to view from different angles. Included/Buyer To Receive:
Did I mention, "This car is a real head turner"? This is a very unique car for several reasons: This is a 1969 Mustang Base. It is Silver Jade in color, and has a 428 Cobra Jet Engine, a 4-Speed Toploader Manual Transmission and currently has as 3.50:1 (3.25:1 Originally) Gear Ratio Currie 9-Inch Rear End. This car does not have the original drive train; however, it does have a correct drive train. It is not restored to original; it is a very tasteful restoration/modification (RestoMod). The mods are of vintage type; mods that could have/would have been done in the 70's. The RestoMod has approximately 500-600 Miles on it. The previous owner provided a lot of records and receipts, and it appears the restoration took place in 2005-2006. The engine/chassis dyno is dated 4/21/2015; the engine build has approximately 700-miles on it - runs great and very strong. I have owner receipts dated back to the late 90's. The car seems to have been a show car or garage queen since its restoration. Paint & Body Professionals, Enthusiasts and Spectators alike have commented on the Paint, Lines, Gaps and panels - everyone is in awe at the quality of the work. The previous owner says he coated the seams in the trunk with bee's wax - expensive, but nothing better? Modifications (non back to original restoration items): Condition: Any questions, give me a call. I am the personal owner and a private seller (334) 477-4146. The sale of this vehicle is final. There is no refund, no exchange, no return. This car is sold as-is, where-is. The buyer is responsible for shipping. There is NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. This car is what I described as I described. The pictures I have posted are of the actual car in its current condition. The VIN and Features are present and documented with a Deluxe Marti Report. Thanks for viewing my listing. |
