This is a no expense spared two year long (24/7) restoration. Every nut & bolt was cleaned or replaced (with NOS or stainless when applicable) I painted, undercoated (Ford part # PM-13-A) and installed sound deadening (Hush mat) on entire car, roof, doors, floor pans etc. I started with this car because it had NO RUST. I used all NOS or Ford pre owned (sand blasted) sheet metal. The car has a deluxe interior, with a non working dash tach, perfect rim blow steering wheel, 8 track, Stewart Warner oil pressure &water temp. gauges, comfort weave seats, fold down rear and some carbon fiber. Also used some Re-pop interior trim parts. ALL the best parts I could find. What makes this Mustang valuable, in my opinion is the ENGINE. Its a 1968 302 Ford Tunnel Port. From The 1968 SCCA Trans-Am series. SHELBY & BUD MOORE ran these engines all year with good results at Daytona and a couple other tracks. The engine was slated to go into production (see b/w pic.) but was replaced by the Boss 302. This engine is ultra rare. Not everybody knows of them, just a true blue Ford fan. If interested I can supply the details of my motor. It is tuned down for the street, but still makes close to 400 HP. It has a 4 speed Top loader, close ratio and a 9 inch posi with 3:50 gears. Even if you didn't care about the Tunnel Port, the car itself is nearly perfect. The car is mostly Ford original. I did add a serpentine belt, MSD ignition, front & rear sway bars, sub frame connectors, relocated the battery to the trunk, some Carbon fiber, etc. ALL MOST EVERYTHING ON THIS CAR IS NEW OR REBUILT. The only parts I didn't replace or rebuild are the front spindles and a couple small parts. Please feel free to contact me if your interested in purchasing this car. Thank you
