Description of 1947 Ford Other

Started this car for a customer. He has other cars higher on his list to finish so he asked me to sell this one. He is the type that will spend the money to do it right. It has been done right to this point. It has a Mustang II front suspension. disk brakes up front and drum rear. The motor and transmission are from a 1969 mustang 302/c-4. Full 304 stainless steal exhaust. headers to tips. HEI small base dizzy and low ohm flame thrower coil. Cal-customs valve covers and matching air cleaner. aluminum pulleys. It has been run and lot driven. Everything checks out. but will need alignment before road testing. It has a new E-Z wiring harness installed by me. Gauges have been redone by me with LED back lighting and all work accept the clock. it was bad when I got it. LED under dash curtesy lighting. Sound deadening through out. Brand new 0 miles 18" wheels. All body panels and new floors have been painted with POR-15 before welded or bolted in. This car has a very solid body. As far as I can tell the fenders have no body filler in them. One spot at the back of the door on the rocker needs some minor work and both door bottoms will need replaced. Previous owner patched them with fiberglass. All in all this car is super solid ready for paint and interior. It is fitted with a seat out of an S10. It will accommodate a large or small person as it has a large amount of adjustment. All interior parts have been painted with a 2002 ford red. Feel free to call or email any questions. Thanks. Sorry I did not have the molding installed when I took the pics. they are now. New door handles and extrusions. New glass in the doors. All the window felts have been installed. The window mechs operate smoothly. The motor has been rebuilt. I changed the intake and saw assembly lube on the cam and lifters and the gaskets looked new. I am not sure about the trans. The trans had no fluid in it and had a new filter so I'd say it's a good chance it was rebuilt but I don't know it for a fact. I also have the back bumper although both bumpers are in rough condition. ok for paint but probably not good for chrome.
