Description of 1989 Ford Mustang

Selling my mustang that was purchased as a project but recently just purchased another project and one needs to go, so I'm leaving it up to the market to see which car stays.
This car was purchased from the second owner. I believe I've driven the car around 5 miles locally. This car is going to need a thorough going over or restoration. Hasn't been tuned up and the bushings and suspension appear to by all original oem. The car to some point had its cat back replaced with a walker quiet flow 3 mufflers.
Now, the bad. Apparently the car's been repainted at least a couple of times. The driver's side rear quarter is a different shade a red from the rest of the car. The driver and passenger floors need replacing with the drivers being the worst. The driver side fender is rotted on the bottom as well. The rear frames have rust with the passenger side needing to be replaced. The shock towers have rot. The lower area outside of the car (from the black moulding down) has what looks like a rattle can job. The previous owners way to "prevent rusting" was to rattle can spray any rust that started to form. The driver's lower door has area that were "repaired" and spray bombed, the driver's seat is ripped on the side and the factory radio has issues.
The car runs and drives but hasn't had a tune up yet. The motor has a slight tap on the passenger side. Took the car on the highway and when I came to stop, the tapping stopped but started again after I parked and left the car idling.
I did drop the tank to replace a faulty fuel sender and replaced the pump with a 225 as long as the tank was down.
The car came with the original 10 hole rims and that's how I'm selling it. The pony rims are my beater rims I swap with my other cars.
This car needs work but is a running, driving project car with a great color combo to restore and an original 5 liter coupe.
The car is located 5 minutes from NYC over the Washington Bridge or North East NJ to all others who aren't from the area.
Please check all the pictures before asking questions. The very last photo is the torque box and they seem fine. The last 6 pictures show the worst parts on the car minus the rear frame rails because I forgot. I'll post them up tomorrow
