Description of 1973 Ford Mustang

This is a nice 73 Mustang driver that I'm selling for an elderly family member. The car was bought in the early 80's from the original owner in Tucson where it's remained ever sense. The car is a dream to drive for a 40 year old classic. In perfect condition these cars bring 20k plus as you probably know. This inst a 20k car, but could be with some work. The interior is complete but shows its age as you can see from the photos. Also, rear quarter panels don't line up perfectly from a repair done in the 80's after it was rear-ended. If I were to keep it, The I'd replace the rear quarter panels to make it perfect.
It's been aligned to spec, the rear shows to be in factory spec, see alignment report attached.
