Description of 1989 Ford Mustang GT

Cabernet Red w/ SilverClean Title Factory Sun Roof79. xx actual milesExteriorThe car has ZERO corrosion. It still shines like day one. A couple little dings here and there. but very good condition for 25 years old. I would rate the exterior at 8 outta 10. The underside is just as clean. . . there is ZERO rust! Was told by the previous owner of 10 years it had never seen rain. Doors - ZERO rust. and shut like newRear Hatch - ZERO rust. shuts like newHood - Less then 50 miles on it. The rear quarter window seals have started to fade (See Pictures)Mods-Fiberglass 3" Fiberglass Hood/ with RL Hood Struts (Underside of the hood is unfinished due to the blower)-Authentic 93 Cobra Grill with Ford Pony -93 Cobra R radio antenna delete-Headlights are stock reproductions-Body molding tape has been removed. (New black reflective tape will come with the car)- Texas RA in passenger side fog light hole. Vintage RA part in passenger side fog light hole-'95 R steering pump cooler in drivers side fog light holeInterior Just installed new carpet a few months back. The completely black interior is 9 outta 10. The car currently has no center console in it. I have one that will come with that car. Console is completely rebuilt. Mods- Six point roll bar done by Kenny Brown Performance. - New Black Carpet- Sparco Chrono Seats (Like new & VERY comfy)- Six Point harness seat belts that are DOT approved (I have the paper work)- Shifter boot is early SVO mustang leather- Steering wheel is a Ford FR500C / Sparco suede quick release. Super Rare they were only made for FR500C race cars made by Ford Racing and additional were made to supply those vehicles. That steering wheel is $450 by itself. because they are unobtainable. The quick release is one of the best on the market and has no slop at all. very easy simple to remove. It makes a very nice security feature-All factory gauges are functional. -Auto-meter - Tach. Boost. Fuel Pressure & Oil Pressure -Innovate Motorsports air/fuel ratio gauge (Pillar)-Rapt LED Shift Light- Door panels are custom made using OEM panels. but with no armrest. do to the roll bar clearance. The electric window and locks are located on a custom panel next to the driver's seat with switches. Engine-306 built shortblock - *86 block* with the high nickel content. Forged Crank. Forged I-beam rods. and Forged Keith Black pistons. All ARP fasteners. Compression ratio 10:1- Camshaft -- Anderson Ford Motorsport B31 "Blower cam" with a crane cam timing chain- Cylinder Heads -- Trickflow Twisted Wedge Trackheat Aluminum with 1. 6 crane aluminum rockers. trickflow valve covers with custom oil fill/oil breather vent with filter. - Heavy Duty oil pump (Blue Printed)- Canton windage tray- Canton 7 quart road race T-pan with canton pickup- GT40 Ported upper. phenolic spacer and Tmoss GT40 ported lower with stock 5. 0 badge on top. - 75mm Edelbrock throttle body- A/C delete kit. but all A/C components still there. just never decided to install one. - PA performance 95 Amp 3G unit which is stock size alternator it has the larger charging cable and breaker installed in the fenderwell. - PA performance PMGR starter with upgraded cables- Distributor is a MSD body regutted with ford internals. for more efficient spark. - Mallory programmable Ignition Ignition box inside the car is programmable if you decided to change pulleys or run meth. it has a 3bar map mounted to the firewall and plumbed to the intake. but its currently just being used for ignition spark- Computer -- A9P with a Diablo Chip and Custom Tune by Paul's Automotive Engineering in Cincinnati. Ohio. Wanted a good tune with no drivability issues and wanted to be able to be started anytime and adapt to any conditions. The car runs like a raped ape and has no drivability issues.
