First off this old Fairlane has seen better days. It is rough and rusty but once was and could be a very desirable car. This 1966 Ford Fairlane GT Left the Atlanta Ford plant some time in late December of 1965 with a 390325 hp FE engine bolted to a Toploader 4-speed. They spun a traction lock equipped 9 inch with 3.25 ratio. Medium SilverMetallicexterior with a black accent stripe that matched the black bucket seat interior. It must have been a stunning car in its day.Ipurchased this a few years ago with intentions offixing it up butjust have never gotten around to it.Like I stated in thebeginning it is intough shape butfortunately for theFairlaneenthusiasts AMD metal is now producing all thesheet metal to repair this car. They offer a one piece floor, full quarter panels and several other pieces. I have a rear section from a 1966 Fairlane 4-door that is included with this car it has nice frame rails, trunk gutter and trunk side pans. The hood is a standard hood with holes and hood pins cut into it. There are 2 extra rear bumpers and some misc parts in the photos that are included. The 390 GT engine and 4-speed are long gone but the 9" Ford rear end is still intact. There is a center section in it but Idon'tbelieve its is theoriginal 3.25 with a trac lok.Fewother key parts still there.Lower half of the big Block motor mounts,Clutch and brake pedals,Steering column,Big block lower radiator mountsManualsteering center link and gear,Spindles and frontdrums.as I mentionedbefore 1966 9"housing and axles.I dohave a clear title in my name and up to date.If you have any questions or need more pictures feel free to call me 402-779-1814 Sold as is.Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.I can store it for 30 days but after that we will have to work out a storage feedeposit of $500 due within 24 hours of auction end.Balance preferred in cash upon pick up.
