Car was owned by my grandfather, I am now trying to sell the vehicle on behalf of his estate. My grandfather bought the car from a local classic car dealer approximately 3 years ago. In the time that he owned it is was driven very infrequently and primarily stored in his climate and moisture controlled garage with the rest of his car collection. The 1947 has an older restoration and has been upgraded to make this custom hot rod more comfortable and easier to drive. The flathead v8 has been replaced with a high performance Chev 350 with Edelbrock accessories. Engine is paired to a TH350 3 Speed Automatic transmission. Both power steering and front power disc brakes have been added in addition to Vintage Air air-conditioning. Inside the car has a completely custom gray tweed interior, steering is controlled through a LaCarra tilt steering wheel while the dash and instrument cluster are original to the 1947 and in working order.
