Description of 1932 Ford Other |
UPDATE 1: I received quite a few messages asking what the reserve is?...one person guessing $90K which I feel is righteous! Unfortunately, this is a covid sale and there is NO RESERVE!!! I need to sell this to stay afloat and priced it where I felt people couldn't pass on it. I should add that doing an eBay search for sold 1932 listings nets a bunch of junk. This is a serious machine with 135HP more and 120LBS more torque than the new Corvette Sting Ray and almost half the weight...with skinny tires! Let that sink in before you click to buy, it requires a driver with real respect. On the other hand the cam is mild and the compression is 10:1 and runs on pump gas. Its an easy driver if you allow it to be or a reckless intimidating beast if you wish. Someone else asked about the builders. You can google The Roadster Shop and American Speed Company (Mark Trostle) I had other people ask how to get it to the East Coast? I can't help you with that but might suggest you fly to the harbor (Los Angeles or Oakland) to pick it up upon arrival.===UPDATE 2: Someone asked if the 3 deuce carburetors and spoke wheels (shown in last picture) are included? No, I only included that picture for reference on how the car looked with different wheels. I do have a mint set of (4) spoke wheels (no tires) freshly powder coated in Oakland, California which someone could pick-up on a separate sale (price is $600.) I will continue updating here as questions arise. UPDATE3: The first picture now shown in ad is current The time has come unfortunately to sell some things at discount in this time of crisis...for some it will be an opportunity. 1932 Ford Dearborn Deuce, all steel. Roadster Shop Deuce Edition powder coated frame, 4 link rear suspension with coil overs, Superbell polished aluminum oval drilled axle with finned polished aluminum brake covers, Billet Strange 9 inch 3:89 Detroit Tru-Trac Posi, 35 spline Strange axles, 4 wheels disc brakes, stainless brake lines, leather seat, Vintage air conditioning and fully retractable convertible. Excellent condition no dents, no scratches. Includes California car cover. Car is located at my house in Maui, Hawaii. Will deliver to my port...buyer responsible to pick up at their port. Shipping time is approx. 11 to 14 days to West coast and cost $1104.00. Would prefer buyer goes for a test drive and inspects before purchase. Would deduct round trip flight cost upon purchase. Doubtful you can find anything better for under $100k |
