This is a clean original Phaeton project car. Has been in indoor storage 30 years. Right rear floor pan patch needed and bubbling at bottom of both right doors, but rest of the body is clean and straight for its age. Owned by elderly collector that passed away. Original engine looks to have been rebuilt by how clean engine paint is, but my borrowed weak 6 volt battery would not spin it over. This looks to be original in every way and shows 39,884 miles. Top bow wood is in excellent shape. Chrome is pretty nice also. I could not find any signs of previous crash damage. Paint flaking around hood is black underneath and may be original color. Rolls well but does not have brakes. Will be easy to load and I will make sure it is loaded well and will take pics of it as it leaves to show condition. Located in ZIP 52649 SE Iowa.
