It runs and drives. It starts on battery and by the crank start. It'll go down the road at parade speeds, anything faster It gets a tad wobbly in the front end. It has new spark plugs, fuel tank and carburetor clean. All of the glass, metal and wood are in good shape. It is a very presentable 100 year old car. It's not perfect by any means but it shines up well and gets tons of attention. Headlights, signals, and horn work.
