Description of 1940 Ford Other

Fully original 1940 Ford Coach Deluxe with few owners. A twenty-something guy sold it to my father around 1974. (It has been under roof ever since. Dad put Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinders to prevent sticking. No long term stored vehicle of his has stuck yet. ) The guy said the car was bought new by his grandfather. The guy had put a 12 Volt battery in the car without protecting the 6 Volt system which resulted in the wires scorching. No Fire! See Photos for condition!
